Coming Fall 2025 under the direction of John Buford, the Outer Banks Youth Choir (OBYC) at Saint Andrews by the Sea will bring school-aged youth ages 9 to 19 together to experience the art and joy of singing through quality instruction and performances. We envision youth from across the Outer Banks joining together to experience the power of song.
