Community is at the heart of who we are at St. Andrew’s By-the-Sea.
Coffee Hour has become such a special part of our week, and we would love the opportunity to both continue this time of fellowship, as well as celebrate moments in the life of our parish. We would like to offer two options to sponsor Coffee Hour after our 10:30 services:
Standard Sponsorship
For a $100 donation, the Parish Life committee will prepare and serve refreshments at coffee hour. The committee will handle purchasing, managing donations, preparation and clean-up. The donor would be recognized as the sponsor of that week’s coffee hour. The Parish Life committee will select the week of sponsorship and what will be served. Payments can be delivered to the church office via $100 check made out to St. Andrew’s By-the-Sea, with coffee hour sponsorship in the memo.
Special Sponsorship
St. Andrew’s parishioners can sponsor a coffee hour in connection with a baptism, birthday, anniversary, memorial, or other special occasion.
Sponsors will provide food, beverages and decor, if they choose, at their expense. If the sponsor would like help with special arrangements, contact Carl at (757) 880-7847. Please see sign-up dates available to select any specific date you would like to sponsor, and make note of the occasion in the comments.
