Ministry FairApril 3, 2026During our Spring Brunch on Sunday, April 19, we will be hosting a Ministry Fair between services. Tables representing many of the ministries of St. Andrew’s – Outreach, Parish Life, Worship, Children and Youth, and others – will be set up in the parish hall so you can learn more about how God is at work in and through our church.
This is a great opportunity to explore ways to get involved, meet the people leading these ministries, and discover where your gifts and interests might connect with the life of our parish. Whether you are new to St. Andrew’s or have been here for years, we hope you will stop by the tables, ask questions, and see where the Spirit might be inviting you to participate. Come enjoy brunch, meet others in the parish, and learn more about the many ways we serve God and our community together. [...]

Vestry Update On StaffingMarch 13, 2026Expanding Our Horizon: New Staffing Vision
A Heartfelt Thank YouThanks to your generosity during our 2025 Stewardship campaign, St. Andrew’s is able to answer the call for increased support for our Rector and congregation. Over half of our pledgers increased their commitment by an average of 23%, leading to an overall 13% increase in pledges.
A Strategic Shift in StaffingIn response to our call for more support, we have spent time in careful discernment regarding our administrative and ministry needs. To best serve our vision of being a thriving, welcoming community, we have decided to hire two part-time positions instead of one full-time role. This approach allows us to bring in expertise for two distinct areas while saving the parish over $20,000 annually.
The Roadmap Ahead
Parish Administrator: Our first priority is onboarding a Parish Administrator. This role will focus on moving us “online” by modernizing our calendars and documentation, and “inline” as we transition from ACS to the new REALM system. We are currently finalizing the Job Description and aim to have the position officially posted by the end of the month.
Liturgical Support: During this transition, Lori will continue to provide her vital support for a few hours each week, managing bulletins, our parish register, and arrangements for baptisms, weddings, and funerals.
Programming & Ministries: Once our new digital systems are organized and online, we will finalized a Job Description for a second part-time position focused specifically on our programming and ministries.
We are so grateful for your continued commitment to our congregation and the wider community. We look forward to how these new roles will help us live more fully into our shared vision! [...]
