Please return this application along with a check for $50.00. Upon acceptance you must pay the $110 snack/supply fee to secure your spot. The snack/supply fee will not be refunded if you choose not to attend after June 1st. Open enrollment begins on February 27th, 2025. Please do not apply before this date unless you are currently enrolled.
