OUTER BANKS YOUTH CHOIR
This fall, under the direction of John Buford, the Outer Banks Youth Choir (OBYC) at Saint Andrews by the Sea brings school-aged youth ages 9 to 19 together to experience the art and joy of singing through quality instruction and performances. We
