This fall, under the direction of John Buford, the Outer Banks Youth Choir (OBYC) at Saint Andrews by the Sea brings school-aged youth ages 9 to 19 together to experience the art and joy of singing through quality instruction and performances. We are thrilled to see youth from across the Outer Banks joining together to experience the power of song. Interested?
